Operational Inspections
Operational Inspection is a more detailed inspection, every 1 – 3 months, to check the operation and stability of the equipment.
Report Contents
Inspection reports would contain:
- Full hands on inspection of the entire play area
- Full report available at the time of undertaking the inspection ”Real Time”or simply within 24 hours of completion of inspection
- Report identifies maintenance issues complete with recommended action
- Equipment inspected for any EN failings caused by maintenance issues
- All findings given a risk assessment
- Digital Photographs provided, if required
