Routine Visual Inspection is a basic inspection, every day or every week dependent upon use, age, location and materials used, intended to identify obvious hazards resulting from vandalism, use or weather conditions.

Routine Visual Inspections:
- Undertaken to suit clients specific needs, daily, weekly or fortnightly
- Full hands on inspection, not just visual
- Full report available at the time of undertaking the inspection “Real Time” or simply within 24 hours of carrying out the inspections
- Report identifies maintenance issues complete with recommended action
- All findings given a risk assessment
