Course Candidates

This course is be aimed at the Managers of the Play Facilities or play area providers who may have staff working for them undertaking inspections and maintenance work and have a basic understanding of EN1176. Those people that maybe required to undertake Health & Safety checks on play equipment for schools, parks and other similar places.

Course Details

• No less than a 3 day course.
• Includes:
  • Working knowledge of EN1176
  • Understanding of preventative maintenance issues
  • General knowledge of installation issues
  • Vandalism issues
  • Practical & theoretical based course
  • Product identification in line with EN1176 classifications
  • General knowledge of legal requirements
  • Reporting requirements
  • Developing an inspection methodology
  • Risk Assessment
